Why they should be in the student spotlight: Since I have known Becky, she has been a big asset to the Order of Omega, the Greek community and GSW.  Becky is or has been involved in the following organizations: Zephyr Recruitment Team, Orientation Team, Host & Marshalls, Student Government Senator, Sou' Wester as the Business Manager, Baptist Collegiate Ministries, Wesley Foundation, Childcare Task Force and served as the Chaplain, Scholarship chair, Ritual Chair, and Assistant V.P. to her sorority is a few short years.  She not only finds time to volunteer herself to these organizations but serves to the community by participating in Operation Christmas Child, Volunteer for the Presbyeterian Center, works with the Cowpoke Carnival, Taste of Sumter, Race for the Cure, Relay for life, pennies for puppies and countless more.  Becky is a dedicated student to GSW and serves on several committees including, Homecoming, Fall Festival, Welcome Week and Student Appreciation Day.  With all of these ativities, Becky is still able to maintain a G.P.A of just over 3.0.  I am very proud of all the accomplishments Becky has done and look forward to seeing her as an educator when she graduates.
