Congratulations 2011 Scholarship Recipients!

Order of Omega is happy to announce that it has awarded 135 undergraduate members over $63,000 in scholarships this year.  Broken down; we awarded three $1,000 scholarships, thirteen $750 scholarships, seventy-four $500 scholarships, and forty-five $300 scholarships. A listing of the recipients can be found in the 2011 Scholarship Committee Report. Every fall we allow our chapters to nominate two outstanding members to apply for these awards. Some chapters are granted three nominations because of their chapter size or because they met their full membership quote the previous year.  This year we had 152 applicants representing 89 chapters.  Recipients and advisors were notified the week of January 2nd, and award checks will be mailed to the applicants the week of January 9th.
